You are billed for active endpoints: any unique endpoint online four hours or more in the billing period. Endpoints that stay offline, such as seasonal or stored devices, are not billed, so there are no endpoint packs or commitments to size.

Enterprise and MSP rates are per active endpoint per month, in graduated bands across your account. The first 100 are included. Then $1.24 each up to 500, $0.95 each up to 2,000, $0.73 each up to 5,000, and $0.56 each after that.

Home Lab is free: up to 15 managed endpoints and 10 unmanaged devices, with your own S3-compatible storage. Its limits are firm, so it never bills. Unmanaged devices: $0.50 per device per month on Enterprise and MSP, and on Essentials past the 25 included. Outpost Cloud Storage, including Outpost Sync and backups: $0.03 per GB-month past the included amount: 50 GB-months on Essentials, 100 on Enterprise, and 1 TB-month pooled on MSP. Your own S3-compatible storage is free on every plan, so moving up from Home Lab never needs a storage migration.

Platform fees: $99/month for Enterprise; $199/month for MSP, which adds the MSP tooling.

What does an unmanaged endpoint cover?

Network-attached devices where the Outpost agent cannot run: switches, cameras, printers, and similar equipment tracked for your organization or clients. They are $0.50 each per month on Enterprise and MSP, and on Essentials past the 25 included.

Planned capabilities: vulnerability alerting and automated patching for supported network devices are in development. Managed endpoints already have both. They will become available as implementation is completed; support will depend on the device and its vendor integration.
